The Nursery Owners
We are a family owned, managed and run Nursery in Warwick.
Amber (middle right), Holly (left) Ellee (middle left) and Syd (right) are the family who own Budbrooke House.
Between us we have 65+ years childcare experience. Ranging from childminding, before and after school care, babysitting to owning and managing early years settings.
As a family, we are extremely passionate about providing exceptional early years care and education. We believe that every child is unique and our differences should be celebrated.
We are onsite everyday and welcome parents to share their thoughts and feelings with us.
We are hands on owners and often you will find us wiping noses, mopping floors and scrubbing toilets!

Ellee - Baby & Toddler Nursery Manager
Ellee is our Baby and Toddler nursery manager (effective 04/07/2022).
Ellee has over 10 years Early Years experience and has been in a managerial role for the last six years.
Ellee achieved a First in her Early Years Degree and has since developed her knowledge further by training to become a 'Time to Talk champion'.
Ellee holds a current and up to date Paedeatric First Aid certificate and is one of the settings Designated Safeguarding Leads.
Louise - Preschool Manager
Louise is our Job share Preschool manager.
Louise has been at Budbrooke House for over 25 years. She began her journey as an Early Years apprentice and has worked her way up to Manager.
Louise achieved an NVQ Level 3 in Early Years and has continually developed her professional status over the years.
Louise holds a current and up to date Paedeatric First Aid certificate and is one of the settings Designated Safeguarding Leads and SENDCO.
Ellee - Baby & Toddler Nursery Manager
Katharine - Preschool Manager
Katharine is our Job share Preschool manager.
Louise has worked with the nursery owners for over 15 years. She has worked in all aspects of a nursery.
Katharine achieved an NVQ Level 3 in Early Years and has continually developed her professional status over the years.
Katharine holds a current and up to date Paedeatric First Aid certificate and is one of the settings Designated Safeguarding Leads.

Daisy - Preschool Deputy Manager
Daisy is our Preschool Deputy Manager.
Daisy has over 7 years Early Years experience and has been in a managerial role for the last 3 years at Budbrooke House.
Daisy has an Early Years Degree and has worked in various roles, including a childrens charity worker.
Daisy holds a current and up to date Paedeatric First Aid certificate and is one of the settings Designated Safeguarding Leads.
Manj - Baby & Toddler Deputy Manager
Manj is our Baby and Toddler Nursery Deputy Manager.
Manj has over 18 years Early Years experience and has been in a managerial role for the last 5 years at Budbrooke House.
Manj achieved an NVQ Level 3 in Early Years and has continually developed her professional status over the years.
Manj holds a current and up to date Paedeatric First Aid certificate and is one of the settings Designated Safeguarding Leads.
Rita - Baby & Toddler Deputy Manager
Rita is our Baby and Toddler Nursery Deputy Manager.
Rita has over 10 years Early Years experience and has been in a managerial role for the last 5 years at Budbrooke House.
Rita proudly achieved an Early Years and Families Degree and has continually developed her professional status over the years.
Rita holds a current and up to date Paedeatric First Aid certificate.
Jayne - Baby & Toddler Deputy Manager
Jayne is our Baby and Toddler Nursery Deputy Manager.
Jayne has over 5 years Early Years experience and has been in a managerial role for the last year at Budbrooke House.
Jayne achieved an NVQ Level 3 in Early Years and has currently studying for her Early Years Degree.
Jayne holds a current and up to date Paedeatric First Aid certificate and is one of the settings Designated Safeguarding Leads.
Syd - Business Operations
Syd is our Business Operations manager.
Syd has over 5 years childcare experience and has been at Budbrooke House since 2019. Syd is qualified to Level 3 in Early Years.
He deals with accounts, finance, health and safety, HR and all other nursery admin.
Syd holds a current and up to date Paedeatric First Aid certificate and is a Designated Safeguarding Lead for both settings.
